Gulf Craft's Human Resources Department, headed by Mr. Mohammed Abdul Monem, has recently embarked on an ambitious employee education & training program. The training sessions, which have started on July 2015, focus on the development of technical know-how, interpersonal skills and team building.
Employees were very eager to attend the training on topics such as email 101, how to handle difficult conversations and how to see diversity as an asset.
Aside from the office staff training sessions, workers in the Gulf Craft shipyards were also trained in Gulf Craft's 5S program, safety and fire drill exercises and how to perform first aid in case of emergencies.
