Dubai; 31 January 2023: Gulf Craft, a global brand recognised for its innovation in yacht and boat building, is celebrating the first anniversary of its state-of-the-art Experience Centre in Dubai. The facility opened in January 2022 as a result of the growing demand in the industry to provide a luxurious, fully immersive experience to international yacht buyers and marine enthusiasts alike.
Designed to elevate the unique and exclusive experience of yacht customisation, the Gulf Craft Experience Centre has been delivering a personalised luxury experience to its rapidly growing regional and international clientele since its launch one year ago.
With the UAE’s growing presence on the international yachting scene, Dubai in particular, has become a major hub for yacht tourism. The Experience Centre, situated in Dubai’s home port - Port Rashid – is ideally located for Gulf Craft’s UAE clientele as well as international travellers; offering marine enthusiasts from all over the globe a convenient and hands-on Gulf Craft experience in a luxurious setting.
The Gulf Craft Experience Centre is marking its first milestone year with the sale of the Majesty 140, the manufacturer’s third largest vessel from its luxurious flagship Majesty Yachts range. A tri-deck masterpiece created by Gulf Craft’s in-house Design Studio with interiors penned by the Cristiano Gatto Design Studio, the 43m (141 ft) superyacht sets new standards in on-board space.
Featuring five staterooms with the option to increase the configuration up to six staterooms, the Majesty 140 embodies new levels of marine luxury. Among the yacht’s notable features, is the ‘One-Touch’ drop down balconies and layered sun deck. The new yacht is set to sail in the Mediterranean during the summer and in the Caribbean during the winter with its owner.
Commenting on this momentous occasion, Mohamed Hussein Alshaali, Gulf Craft’s Chairman, said: “Over the last 40 years, we have been dedicated to making a distinct impact in boosting the reputation of the local and regional yachting sector.
We made significant contributions to the UAE’s manufacturing industry and will continue to build on this legacy by supporting the nations Operation 300bn industrial strategy. We have always been an international manufacturer for marine enthusiasts across the world designing and delivering high-quality, super-performing vessels that define the contemporary marine lifestyle. The Experience Centre was opened to better connect and become closer to our international clients. It has provided us the opportunity to enhance Dubai’s reputation as an international hub whilst delivering bespoke experiences that fulfil the needs and requirements of our esteemed customers to build their own unique yachts.”
In addition to providing clients with a tailored experience to explore Gulf Craft’s portfolio through Virtual Reality and to touch and feel the luxurious finishings that go into every yacht, the Experience Centre has also served as a platform to engage with the wider yachting community such as the Leisure Marine Association MENA and as an educational hub to students through the company’s collaboration with Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation.
Gulf Craft's Experience Centre is committed to further enhancing the customer experience and will explore opportunities to engage with industry peers along with the wider yachting community as a whole in the years to come.
