Organized by the US-based publication, Boat International Media, the prestigious Showboats Design Awards, announces the finalists last November 2015 which included Gulf Craft's Majesty 155 and Majesty 135 superyachts.

The Showboats Design Awards focuses on the fundamental design aspects of the superyacht design such as naval architecture, exterior design and interior layout, and brings the specialist design skills of the industy’s most talented teams into the spotlight.

The Majesty 155 was chosen as finalist in the Exterior Design & Styling Award – Motor Yacht below 500GT category while the Majesty 135 was selected as finalist in the Interior Design Award – Motor Yacht below 500GT category.
Winners will be announced at the Superyacht Design Symposium which will be held on February 21-23, 2016 at the K3 KitzKongress, Kitzbuhel, Austria.
About the Showboats Design Awards
The Showboats Design Awards honour the creative talents behind the most innovative, elegant and inspiring new yacht designs from the boards of the world’s leading yacht design studios. In addition to the best sailing and motor yachts interior, exterior and naval architecture designs, prizes will also be awarded to the Young Designer of the Year as well as a special Lifetime Achievement Award which will be presented to a designer who has made an indelible impression on the yachting industry.
The 2016 Awards marks the seventh year where an array of coveted golden Neptune awards will be presented. The winners will be chosen by an independent panel of yacht owners, senior yacht crew and acclaimed naval architects, designers and stylists from within as well as outside the marine industry, and will be announced at the prestigious Superyacht Design Symposium in Kitzbuhel, Austria.
