Executive Magazine produced a special report on the sales of super yachts and mega yachts in the Gulf in their latest issue.
Though many United Arab Emirates-based dealers told Executive that the GCC’s yacht industry was stuck in the doldrums, Erwin Bamps, COO for Gulf Craft, explained that the top end of the market was least affected by slumping demand, with the demand for super-yachts (over 24 meters in overall length) from Gulf Craft being at an all-time high, quoting the company's semicustom-build approach as a key to the yard's success.
