Gulf Craft, the Emirate's award-winning yacht & boat builder, also takes pride in the provision of after-sales & warranty services to its clientele.
With its in-house and multi-skilled service team as well as state-of-the-art facilities, Gulf Craft's shipyard in Umm Al Quwain and service centers in Ajman and the Maldives are able to provide after-sales services such as maintenance services and repairs of exterior, mechanical, and electrical systems, interior refits, fabrication & restoration of stainless steel accessories and other services.
Gulf Craft's service team is also responsible for carrying out warranty and non-warranty repairs of its own yacht and boat range.
Gulf Craft is able to accommodate a wide range of vessels, Gulf Craft or non-Gulf Craft, at our service centers. Our service center in Ajman currently services vessels up to 15 ton whereas Gulf Craft's Umm Al Quwain shipyard can accommodate superyachts up to 500 ton.
Our service teams consist of specialist technicians who are able to carry out a complete range of services and repairs. At Gulf Craft, we have the added advantage of being able to call upon our vast production workforce with their wealth of boat-building experience if needed. This enables us to offer a more complete range of services, from a simple haul out and hull cleaning to a complete refit of any vessel.
We also have mobile service capability, traveling across the UAE and the GCC to service our customers at their home-berths. Should your vessel be outside the GCC, we are able to travel internationally to assist you with any issues you may have.
