Gulf Craft & Majesty Yachts proudly confirm the nomination of our flagship superyacht, the Majesty 175 for the International Yacht & Aviation Awards – hosted by leading interior design magazine design et al along with leading yacht and aviation design magazine Luxe et al. The fully composite 780GT trans-oceanic mega yacht is one of the top contenders within the “Motor Yacht over 40 metres” category.

The 2022 award marks the 11th year and is renowned in the industry for being one of the most respected design-focused awards within the global design community. The award acknowledges and recognises unique naval architecture, styling, layout, innovation, and other aspects that bring a spotlight on the industry’s most talented teams. It gives an all-around opportunity to design teams & shipyards across the globe to showcase and earn accolades recognising their impact in the yachting industry.

The International Yacht & Aviation Awards, unlike other awards, determine the winners of each category through online voting. Shortlisted entries are presented online giving the audience the opportunity to find out more about each project. Voting is now open to industry professionals as well as Luxe et al readers, clients, and customers. In addition to the best motor yachts, exterior, and naval architecture designs, the coveted award will be presented to other categories in interior design including lighting, fabrics, materials, and individual interior spaces & cabins. 

The Majesty 175’s exterior and interior design are both by the award-winning Cristiano Gatto Design Studio in Italy, while the naval architecture is by Massimo Gregori of the Yankee Delta Studio. She has been making waves since her global debut in May 2021. Designed and built to bespoke specifications at Gulf Craft’s integrated in-house production facility, the Majesty 175 is the world’s largest composite production superyacht, redefining the superyacht segment by using cutting-edge lightweight materials that enable her to effortlessly cruise in low-draft waters. In late 2021, the Majesty 175 won the key recognition as the ‘Revelation of the Year’ for its outstanding design, build quality, performance and innovation at the prestigious World Yacht Trophies, held as part of the Cannes Yachting Festival.

Winners will be announced at The International Yacht & Aviation Awards which will be held on 27th May 2022 at Belmond Hotel Cipriani, Venice.
