Through practical, hands-on learning experiences, working at Gulf Craft offers new recruits unique opportunities for personal growth and career development. Our award-winning A-Z facility exposes team members to all stages of the shipbuilding process, enabling new recruits to cultivate a wide range of skill sets – from engineering to interior design – and allowing them to follow the career path they desire. Those looking for a business management or administrative role will also find a number of opportunities to choose from, including accounting, human resources, sales, and marketing.

With close to 2,000 employees speaking more than 10 languages, our diverse workforce also gives recruits an opportunity to interact with people from different cultures and enhance their communication skills, a critical asset not only in the leisure maritime business, but also in the UAE’s overall cosmopolitan social and professional environment.

Gulf Craft’s solid track record for excellence in shipbuilding over the last three decades, which includes receiving the World Yacht Trophy for ‘Best Shipyard of the Year’ in 2014, and being named one of the world’s top 10 superyacht shipyards in the 2014 Global Order Book by Boat International, offers an excellent platform for gaining valuable work experience that will pave the path to a successful future.

As a UAE-born shipbuilder with a relentless passion for pushing the boundaries of innovation, we hope to share the incredible experience of building ships in the desert with the country’s aspiring maritime professionals.
